Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! I worked on Saturday but had a productive and relaxing Sunday! It was great! I know we are not officially into fall yet, but I just couldn’t hold out on sharing this recipe with you any longer! I have been eating pumpkin for the last few months, so the pumpkin recipes are abundant! I figured since we are 9 days into September now it was OK to start sharing them with you! ? I hope you enjoy! Have a great start to your week!

- 1 tbs pure vanilla extract
