I know we are not officially into fall yet, but I just couldn’t hold out on sharing this recipe with you any longer! I have been eating pumpkin for the last few months, so the pumpkin recipes are abundant! :) I figured since we are 9 days into September now it was OK to start sharing them with you! ? Fit Ingredients

  • 1/2 c (56g) coconut flour
  • 2 scoops (60g) cinnamon protein powder (or vanilla/unflavored)
  • 1 tbs ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbs pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1c (244g) canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
  • 1/2 c + 3tbs (230g) liquid egg whites
  • 1 tbs pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp liquid stevia (adjust to desired sweetness)
  • 1/4 c (56g) chocolate chips/cacao nibs (add more or less)*

*I only used a few for just a hint of chocolate. If you really want to amp up the chocolate chips I would say 1/2c would be the way to go!
