Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! We had another weekend full of sunshine and warm weather! After such a cold and snowy winter it is so nice to be getting so much warmth! I wish it could be like this all year round! :)

For those of you who follow me on social media, you have seen that I have teamed up with both NutriForce Sports and Muscle and Strength to bring you delicious recipes and calorie burning workouts that you can do anywhere!   1. 1.5 scoops (60g) NutriForce Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  2. 1c + 2tbs (100g) rolled oats
  3. 1/3c + 4tsp (50g) oat flour
  4. 1 tsp baking powder
  5. 2 tbs powdered stevia (or dry sweetener of choice)
  6. Pinch salt
  7. 2 small bananas, mashed (185g)
  8. 1 large egg
  9. 2 tbs (28g) coconut oil, melted
  10. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
