Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! We had another weekend full of sunshine and warm weather! After such a cold and snowy winter it is so nice to be getting so much warmth! I wish it could be like this all year round! :)

  1. 1.5 scoops (60g) NutriForce Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  2. 1c + 2tbs (100g) rolled oats
  3. 1/3c + 4tsp (50g) oat flour
  4. 1 tsp baking powder
  5. 2 tbs powdered stevia (or dry sweetener of choice)
  6. Pinch salt
  7. 2 small bananas, mashed (185g)
  8. 1 large egg
  9. 2 tbs (28g) coconut oil, melted
  10. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
