Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips Donuts
Yup, the craving is real! I can’t get enough donut lately! Simple to make, versatile and a great snack to grab on the go!
These healthy treats are protein packed and sure to satisfy your sweet craving!


- 2 cup (240g) oat flour
- 2 tbs (14g) coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- ½ cup vanilla egg whites*
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- sweetener, to taste (I used 40 drops liquid stevia)
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Coat 12 donuts molds with non-stick spray
- Sift together dry ingredients: oat flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- Mix in wet ingredients: egg whites, greek yogurt, milk and sweetener
- Mix until just combined. Do not over mix
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Evenly divide batter between 12 donut molds
- Bake for 12-15 minutes
- Drizzle with peanut butter
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator
