Happy Wednesday! I hope you are enjoying your week! Today I have a simple and quick crispy waffle recipe that is packed with protein to share! Don’t worry, for my fluffy waffle lovers, I have a recipe for those coming soon too! But these crispy waffles not only make the best breakfast recipe, but they make a great ‘bread’ for a sandwich or even a tasty dessert…yes, that’s a hint ? I hope you enjoy! Have a great day!

- 1/2 (56g) cup almond flour
- 1.5 scoops (60g) Nuts N More Vanilla Almond Infused Whey Protein Powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt, if desired
- 1/3 c coconut milk
- 1 large egg
- 1.5 tbs coconut oil, melted
- sweetener, if desired
- Extracts: I added in 1/2 tsp coconut extract
Instructions
- Whisk together dry ingredients
- Mix together wet ingredients
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- All batter to sit while heating up waffle iron
- Cook according to waffle iron directions
