Smokey Jicama Fries
Satisfy your french fry craving with this healthy and low carb recipe! It makes a great side dish to a lean burger like this or even this simple and delicious Fish N Chips dish!

- 2 cups (260g) jicama
- 2 tsp ghee
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked spanish paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 425 degrees
- Peel jicama and slice into desired sahpe fries
- Add jicama, melted ghee and seasonings to a container and shake until coated
- Even spread fries on baking sheet
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Toss and return to the oven baking for an additional 25 minutes or utnil golden*
