Smokey Jicama Fries

  • 2 cups (260g) jicama
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked spanish paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Peel jicama and slice into desired sahpe fries
  3. Add jicama, melted ghee and seasonings to a container and shake until coated
  4. Even spread fries on baking sheet
  5. Bake for 25 minutes
  6. Toss and return to the oven baking for an additional 25 minutes or utnil golden*

Notes *cooking time will vary depending on thickness of fries 3.2.2925
