Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper
- Whisk together dry ingredients
- Add in wet ingredient
- Mix gently (do not over mix)
- Finally, add in cranberries
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until the top is golden
- Allow to cool before cutting
