It may say “4th Of July” with the pattern and the colors, but you can decorate it however you’d like! White Chocolate Protein Breakfast Cake Prep time 5 mins Cook time 12 mins Total time 17 mins Start off your day with a protein packed breakfast cake that is topped with fresh summer berries and sweet white chocolate! Author: Sarah Recipe type: Breakfast Serves: 2 servings Ingredients
- ½ cup (56g) FlapJackd Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1 scoop Vanilla Almond Infused Whey Protein Powder
- 1 large egg
- 6 oz water (or milk)
- sweetener, if desired
- 2 tbs White Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 2 tbs fresh blueberries
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degree
- Line a 9in loaf pan with parchment paper
- Mix together pancake mix, protein powder, egg, water and sweetener
- Pour batter into pan
- Bake for ~12 minutes
- Allow cake to cool
- Once cooled, ‘frost’ with peanut butter
- Arrange berries on top as shown
