Happy Wednesday! I hope you are having a great week! I am in such an amazing mood today….only 24 more hours until my sister is finally living back here!!! She will be flying on the red eye tonight with my mom and be back in MA at 6am tomorrow!!! What an amazing Halloween present!! :) Until then, let’s dive into some of yesterdays meals! I hope you enjoy! Have a great day and a very Happy Halloween!!! :)

The usual because it is soooo yummy! Protein shake, 2 rice cakes and hazelnut cinnamon pumpkin!! :)

Got beef?! ;) Oven roasted green beans and asparagus with avocado and some steak! Delicious!

Veggie burger topped with goat cheese, coconut oil roasted brussels and some black bean tortilla chips!

And of course, a smoothie the size of my head….straight out of the blender!

Macadamia nuts and vanilla roast almonds!! AMAZING!! :)
