Turkey, Swiss & Raspberry Waffle Sandwich
Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! We finally have some amazing temperatures here and I can not be more excited! My cravings for all things light and refreshing (salads, yogurt, fruit, etc) are in the full! Out with the heavy meals and in with the light ones! Today’s recipe is just that….light and quick! I used THIS waffle recipe to make this simple sandwich! I had made an extra large batch of waffles in case I needed a quick meal! This turned out perfect with the sweet and savory! I hope you enjoy! Have a great start to your week!
