Triple Chocolate Brownie Crunch Bites

Serves: 3 bites

Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week! I thought I would end this amazing week with a little chocolate snack that I whipped up the other night. This was a total “fly by the seat of your pants” kind of recipe, but the flavors came out AMAZING!!! It was the perfect way to get rid of that chocolate craving I had and stay on track with my meal plan! I hope you enjoy them! Have a great weekend! :)

Fit Ingredients

  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 1/2 tsp raw cacao powder (can sub cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder)
  • 2-3 drops dark chocolate stevia (can use any sweetener)
  • 1/4 c (56g) cottage cheese
  • 2 tbs (14g) Chocolate Fix granola

****************************************************************************

  • muffin tin
  • non stick spray

****************************************************************************

Directions

1. Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray 3 muffin cups very well with non stick spray OR coat with oil! (Be liberal or they will stick)

3. Put your egg whites, cacao powder, sweetener and cottage cheese in a blender. Mix.

4. Evenly divide the mixture among 3 muffin tins.

5. Bake for about 6 minutes.

6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with granola.

7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-18 minutes or until fully set.

8. Allow to cool before removing from the pan!

9. Eat! :)

Well if this isn’t a delicious and healthy way to get a chocolate fix in, I don’t know what is! These were perfect! They tasted exactly like a brownie! And of course, you all know I ate all 3! ?
