Tomato, Thyme and Parma Tart

Serves: 4

Happy Tuesday! How was the start to your week yesterday? Mine was VERY HOT!! Holy cow! I saw 96 degrees here in NJ and the humidity……it is at an all time high! But I still managed to sneak out around 7:30pm to get in a quick 30 minute walk. I am really enjoying these evening strolls that were inspired by my beautiful friend Jody and here #whatsbeautiful #10minutesaday campaign! You should definitely check out her site if you haven’t already! You are missing out!! :)

Today’s recipe has been sitting in the archives for awhile! I made this on a whim one day when I was craving something savory and bread like! It turned out so much better than I expected, so I had to make it again to share with you! It tasted almost like eating a cross between a pizza and a foccaccia! And let’s be honest, who doesn’t love anything that is pizza flavored? Plus, it is very simple to make and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients! I hope you enjoy! :)

Serve along side some delicious eggs and fruit at breakfast like I did!! It was the perfect combination of sweet and savory to start the day! :) I also used it as bread for a turkey sandwich, which was amazing!
