Super Foods Almond Butter Bars
It’s 2016 and I know a lot of us have some healthy goals set for the year! Power up your day with these super healthy, no bake fruit and seed bars! Made with all of the best ingredients they are sure to keep you fueled all day long!
Super Foods Almond Butter Bars Author: Sarah Recipe type: Snack Ingredients
- ½ cup rice krispies
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup cinnamon raisin almond butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp coconut oil, if needed*
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients through pumpkin seeds
- Combine honey, brown sugar and almond butter in a bowl
- Microwave for 30 seconds
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Press into a lined loaf pan and refrigerate for 2-3 hours
- Slice as desired
