Happy Tuesday! I know you aren’t expecting a post today, BUT it is my birthday and my sisters birthday……and of course there is no better way to celebrate than with a stack of frosted pancakes! 1. 1 scoop Flap Jacked Buttermilk Pancakes
2. 1/2 cup Muscle Egg Cake Batter Egg Whites
3. 1/2 scoop Nuts N More Vanilla Whey (+/- to desired consistency)
4. 1/4 cup Muscle Egg Strawberry Egg Whites
5. Sprinkles, optional

Instructions

1. Cook pancake mix as directed, but substituting the egg whites for water
2. Combine whey protein and strawberry egg whites until desired frosting consistency is reached
3. Frost each pancake and stack (or eat as desired)
4. Top with sprinkles, if desired
