Southwestern Spinach Sliders

Serves: 3 (2 burgers each)

Happy Friday! I hope you had a great (short) week! As most of you know, I have been working a crazy amount of hours, which means meal prep is very important every weekend! I have been on a huge spinach kick lately, but needed a flavorful way to change it up! These little (bunless) sliders were the perfect way! They are easy to pack and taste amazing warm or cold! I hope you enjoy them! Have a great day! :)

These were the perfect mini meal! They had the amazing southwestern flavor, melty cheese and tons of nutrients from the spinach! These are definitely going to be a regular part of my weekly meal prep.
