No Bake Peanut Butter & Jelly Granola Squares
Now that back to school season is in full swing, having healthy, quick and very easy snacks is a must! They granola squares are great paired with a greek yogurt for a quick breakfast, a pre or post workout snack or even a dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth! The best part is, they can be put together in less than 5 minutes!

- 2 cups gluten free oats
- ⅓ cup peanut butter powder
- 1 cup brown rice krispie cereal
- large handful (about 10g) freeze dried strawberries (no sugar added)
- pinch salt
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey or sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Line a 8×8 baking pan with foil
- Mix together peanut butter and honey
- Add in oats, peanut powder, salt, freeze dried strawberries
- Mix well
- Gently fold in rice krispies
- Spread mixture into pan
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Cut into 12 squares
