Chocolate Coconut Protein Squares

Serves: 8

Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! I actually had 2 days off in a row and it was amazing!! However, it also felt a bit odd! But it did give me plenty of time to get my errands done, spend some time in the kitchen AND relax!! Plus, I had a last minute surprise visitor too! My cousin, Samantha, stopped by on her way back to college and we spent some quality girl time together getting a manicure and talking! It was the highlight of my week! Plus, she taste tested this weekends recipes! Big WINS! :) It was so nice to be able to finally spend some time with family since being back home! Don’t worry, I made sure to send her back to college with a healthy dinner and plenty of snacks to keep her going this week! That’s what big cousins are for, right? ?

I hope you enjoy this recipe!! Have a great Monday! :)
