- 1 1/2c (164g) almond flour
- 3 tbs (21g) flax
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/4c coconut oil (or oil of choice), melted
- 1/4c milk
- 3-4 tbs honey (depending on how sweet you’d like it)
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1c (140g) diced cherries
Instructions
- Pre heat your woven to 350 degrees
- Whisk your dry ingredients together
- Mix your wet ingredients
- Combine your wet and dry ingredients
- Spray a 8-9in cake pan with non stick spray
- Pour batter into pan
- Bake for 28-32 minutes or until just set
- Allow to cool before slicing
