Baked Apples With Vanilla Cupcake Oat Crumble
Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! The temperatures here have significantly dropped — I think I can officially say that the winter weather is upon us! That usually means I start craving comfort food (liked baked apples ;)) and stay snuggled up inside baking! Sounds like a win for us all, doesn’t it? ? Here is the first of many cold weather comfort dishes! This one is so easy and healthy you can enjoy it for breakfast! Have a great Monday!

- 2 large apples (310g), sliced
- 3 tbs (30g) oats
- 3 tbs (30g) oat flour (could sub almond meal)
- 4 tbs (56g) SweetSpreads Vanilla Cupcake Coconut Butter, melted & divided
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Toss together apples, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice and 1tbs melted SweetSpreads
- Spread evenly in baking dish
- Combine remaining ingredients
- Sprinkle over top of apples
- Bake in oven for ~30 minutes or until apples begin to bubble
- Serve warm or hot
