These yummy 20 Minute Meatballs are fast, easy and go with almost any dish! Made with only a few ingredients they are whole30, paleo and gluten-free.
Ok, so I admit…. These 20 Minute Meatballs may not be a recipe game changer today. But, I can promise you that they will definitely change your world over the next few weeks! This super easy recipe has been my ‘go-to’ for meal prep dishes the last few weeks! I mean, who doesn’t love meatballs? Especially when they can be made in less than 20 minutes, maybe cooked with some sauce and a whole bunch of cheese…..just saying ?
Once you have a base recipe like this 20 Minute Meatball recipe, you can start to get creative with how you use them! You could make Pineapple Thai Meatballs, quick and easy meatball subs, or even turkey and feta meatballs (which has been one of the most viewed recipes on my website, to date. And definitely needs a face lift ? )And if you have some vegan or vegetarian members in your family you can always whip them up a batch of these 3 ingredient meatballs while you are working on your 20 minute meatballs!
I guarantee that you have all the ingredients on hand for these too! Plus, a box of pasta in the closet and some homemade sauce in the freezer (or store bought. no judgments here!). Or zoodles…..these would be so good over zoodles with a cream sauce! Mmmmmm!!!

I’ll be honest, I just kind of ate the first batch like finger snacks! Straight out of the fridge ? But, when you can have 20 minute meatballs staring at you in the fridge, it’s hard to resist!
And since I am the worst with keeping secrets I have to share a few hints……think cheesy sauce goodness and thai almond butter! That’s all I am going to say! Until then, I will let your minds run wild with how I used these 20 minute meatballs with those flavors!
