This easy, no bake White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Fudge is made with only a few simple ingredients! It’s rich, yet healthy and melts in your mouth! Gluten free. It makes a sweet holiday gift!
One of my favorite holiday treats is a good piece of fudge! Homemade of course! And while I love a good milk chocolate or dark chocolate fudge (preferably full of nuts) I am definitely more of a white chocolate girl! If you took a look through the recipes on the website it is probably a ratio of 80% white chocolate to 20% milk/dark chocolate! But, for those who are milk or dark chocolate lovers, the good thing is that almost all of these recipes are so versatile that you can switch it up!
With the holidays just under two weeks away, I was looking for a good fudge recipe that required very little time (insert my 2016 trend! haha) and would satisfy those sweet cravings this holiday!
It took my a few tries to get the ratios on the White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Fudge just right, but after 3 tries (not complaining since I had to sample it all!) I finally got it! It’s rich yet healthy. Melts in your mouth and is pretty! It kind of reminds me of the winter snow (which I am happy we don’t have here in AZ!) hehe
White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Fudge also makes a great gift to bring to the host/hostess of your holiday parties! Just wrap it in a nice seasonal tin with some pretty foil paper and you have a quick, easy and healthy holiday treat! Or just save it all for yourself!

Like almost all of the recipes on here, this one is versatile in that you can swap the cookies for whatever your favorite it! This would taste amazing with a sugar or peanut butter cookie! Or switch it up completely and use chocolate chip cookies, chocolate peanut butter and milk chocolate….mmm! Ok, I will stop getting carried away right now!
