Surf N Turf Burger
TGIF!! Warm weather is here so let’s bring on the BBQ….and my favorite Surf N Turf! This quick and easy burger has both of my favorite proteins plus that sweet and savory combination! It’s a win all around! But the best part is, it takes 10 minutes to make! I hope you are able to enjoy this delicious burger on your grill this weekend!

- 3 oz ground 5280meat beef
- 1 oz 5280meat chorizo
- 2 oz SizzleFish shrimp
- 1 roll of choice
- 1/2 oz brie
- 2 tbs fresh raspberries
- chipotle seasoning
- lime juice
Instructions
- Combine ground beef and chorizo to make a burger patty
- Grill until desired doneness
- Top with brie and melt
- Season shrimp with chipotle seasoning
- Grill until pink
- Mash raspberries with a squeeze of lime juice
- Spread raspberries onto roll
- Top with burger
- Place shrimp on top of burger
- Serve with a garden salad
