Grilled Mesquite Salmon
A quick and simple meal can’t get any easier with this tasty salmon recipe! Paired with a garden salad or steamed veggies,it makes for a light and healthy meal that can be enjoyed any night of the week!
Simple Grilled Mesquite Salmon

Ingredients
- Mesquite Seasoning*
- 1 tbs paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp rosemary
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- Fish
- 2 salmon filets
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all seasoning ingredients together
- Rub each salmon filet with olive oil
- Sprinkle seasoning on top
- Cook on grill until desired doneness or baked in oven at 44 degrees for about 15-18 minutes
- Store remaining seasoning in a sealed jar
Notes *can substitue with your favorite seasoning.
