Plus, who doesn’t love a good meatball recipe! I am definitely a meatball fan! I mean, we have vegan meatballs, meatball subs, and my all time favorite (and most popular) f eta and turkey meatballs! Looking at this I definitely think I need to add a regular meatball recipe to the list! What do you think? Well, no better time for me to start working on that than now with the fall comfort food cravings in the air!

While we are talking comfort food can we also talk about how excited I am that we are back in sweet potato season! I mean, yes, we can enjoy sweet potatoes all year long, but they are never as sweet as they are in the fall/winter! And they pair so well with these meatballs! I made spiralized sweet potato ‘pasta’ for a simple pasta and meatball meal prep! It was so perfect! I just drizzle a little extra Pineapple Thai Saucy Lips over it and BOOM! A meatball recipe never tasted so good!
