Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! We have been experiencing temperatures much below what they should be for this time of year, which has been nice! I’ll take 104 over 116-118 degrees any day of the week! Even firing up the grill can be too hot in that kind of heat! But, it’s much better than turning the oven on, which is why this simple and delicious Grilled Chicken Gyro is perfect for these hot summer days!
