Dark Chocolate Mint Brownies

- 2 scoops (80g) NutriForce Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 3 tbs (15g) dark chocolate cocoa powder (OR cacao powder)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbs coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- TOP
- 2-3 tbs Sweet Spreads Dark Chocolate Mint CocoNutter
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 325 degrees
- Spray pan with non stick spray (I used a brownie bar pan)
- Mix together wet ingredients
- Stir in dry ingredients
- Pour batter into pan
- Bake for ~12 minutes (they will still feel soft, but will set up while cooling)
- Allow to cool
- Melt Sweet Spreads in a dish
- Dip top of each brownie in Sweet Spreads
- Place in the refrigerator to set
- Store in a sealed container
