Serves: 1
Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week! It has been a very long work week for me with travel to Boston yesterday and other fun stuff going on at work this week. I am sooo thankful that it is Friday! Finding even a small amount of time this weekend to relax is an absolute must! But before we dive into our weekend, let me leave you with this delicious recipe that I have hand on hand for sometime! This one has been hanging out in the archives for awhile. I hope you enjoy! Have an amazing weekend!
(Sorry for this hideous picture but I wanted you to see how fluffy they were!)

Chocolate and coconut are one of my favorite flavor combinations and these were AMAZING!!! Light, fluffy and sooo chocolately! They made the perfect dinner….which I paired with some turkey sausages and oven roasted veggies, of course!;)
