So, what do you do when you are trying to each healthy but crave some sweet treats?! You made healthy treats! These cookies not only are quick and easy, but they are healthy and sure to satisfy that sweet tooth! (and I can attest that they are delicious because they were a huge hit at the Nuts N More Events! ?

- 1 cup (256g) Nuts N More Chocolate Almond Butter, melted
- 1 scoop Nuts N More Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all ingredients
- Form dough into desired size cookies
- Place on baking sheet
- Bake for ~12 minutes
- They will seem soft at first, but will set
