Carrot Cake Donuts

Serves: 4

Happy Friday! I hope you have had a great week! I know many of you are off today for the holiday. If you are, I hope you are doing something fun! :) Today I am sharing with you a healthy version of one of my favorite desserts, carrot cake! With Sunday being Easter (and bunnies loving carrots ? ) I thought it would be a perfect time to share this! Instead of making it into a traditional cake or cupcake, I thought that making it into a donut would be fun and allow you to enjoy one of these while drinking your tea (or coffee) on Sunday morning! What a perfect way to start off Easter! I hope you enjoy! :)
