Baked Fish N Chips

- 2-4oz pieces SizzleFish Haddock
- ⅓ cup cassava flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup egg whites
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Cut each filet in half
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
- Roll fish into dry ingredients
- Dip into egg whites
- Roll back in dry ingredients
- Place on baking sheet
- Repeat with remaining 3 pieces of fish
- Bake for ~20 minutes or until golden
- Serve with baked sweet potato chips or fries of choice
