20 Minute Cranberry Orange Salmon
Who doesn’t love a dish made in less than 20 minutes? Especially one that is a little bit of sweet, a little bit of savory and a whole bunch of health! Plus, it is just gorgeous to look at! This recipe also makes a great meal prep recipe! Pack the leftovers for a healthy and quick, low carb lunch for the following day!
20 Minute Cranberry Orange Salmon

- 2 pieces coho salmon
- 1 cup frozen cranberries, thawed
- ¼ cup orange jam
- 1 tbs orange zest
- salt & pepper, taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Line baking sheet with foil
- Place salmon fillets on baking sheet
- Season with salt, pepper or seasonings of choice
- Bake for ~18 minutes
- While salmon is baking combine cranberries and orange jam
- Heat in microwave for 1 minute
- Mix in orange zest
- When salmon is done, top each salmon fillet with half of the jam
- Serve
Notes *I have also made this using a bit of garlic and onion powder for seasoning
