Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance to help you set goals and make sustainable and realistic changes to help you improve your personal recipe for health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you navigate through the contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
In addition to group programs and in person classes, I also offer one-on-one coaching which includes:
- A 30 Day “Inspiring Ingredient” Jumpstart, which will give you the tools and support you need to eat well and love your body.
- A more in depth 90 Day “Inspiring Ingredient” experience, which will provide you with techniques, recipes and guidance to give your diet a fresh start in a way that feels nourishing and manageable. You will also learn the tools to loving your body from the inside out.
- A 6 month transformational experience, “ Inspiring Ingredient List & Beyond” which will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover your personal recipe tools that will guide you through a lifetime of balance.
