White Chocolate Sesame CranButter Cookies
Happy Monday and Happy December 1st! I hope you had a great holiday!! (For those of us in the US anyway!) Now that Thanksgiving is officially over (and we are only 25 days away from Christmas), I think it is only right that we start sharing all of the delicious holiday cookie and bar recipes! Don’t you agree?! I mean, I have had my tree up for over a week now! Tis’ the season! ? So let’s kick off this cookie party with some quick and easy White Chocolate Sesame CranButter Cookies! - 1/2 cup (128g) Nuts N More Sesame CranButter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cup (132g) Kodiak Cakes Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- TOPPING
- 2 tbs (28g) Sweet Spreads White Chocolate CocoNutter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix together eggs and CranButter with a mixer
- Add in Kodiak Cakes
- Mix well
- Evenly divide batter onto parchment
- Bake ~6-8 minutes or until still pillowy soft
- Melt coconutter and drizzle over top
