What I Ate Wednesday #59
Happy Wednesday! I hope you are having a great week! I forgot to mention this on Monday because I was so excited about my Recipe Redux challenge, but is anyone else ECSTATIC that the Red Sox are in the World Series??!! I am STOKED!!! You know I will be cheering my men on all the way! But, on top of working and cheering on the Red Sox, I also have some delicious eats to share with you this week! I hope you enjoy!

Yes, I know. I start my day the same way, every day! haha Protein shake, 2 rices cakes topped with cinnamon hazelnut pumpkin. (picture repost)

Turkey, Cranberry & Goat Cheese Quesadilla with a side of coconut oil roasted brussels
Meal #3
Turkey burger topped with colby jack cheese (that will melt when I warm it up ), spinach, zucchini and oven roasted cauliflower….and a big dollop of coconut oil thrown in the middle!

Macadamia nuts and coconut almonds. I also had a greek yogurt, but no pic

The return of the “Thanksgiving” inspired salad! You will be seeing this a lot! I think I’ve had it 4 times in the last week!

Dessert was my cherries n cream smoothie straight from the blender and a rice cake topped with chocolate coconut Nuts N More!
