Salted Caramel Apple Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 5 cups rolled oats
- 1½ cup cassava flour
- 1 tbs baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup vanilla eggwhites
- ½ cup salted caramel peanut butter
- 1 cup apple butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Whisk together dry ingredients
- In a second bowl, mix together wet ingredients
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Shape dough into desired cookie shape*
- Bake for 7 minutes for a softer cookie or 10-12 minutes for a crunchy cookie
