Paleo Strawberry Shortcake

Serves: 2

Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! I thought we would kick off our Monday with a sweet treat that will throw us into the summer mindset! I know I am in need of some summer ASAP! :) About a month ago I had a craving for a sweet strawberry desert, so I decided to make this little treat for myself. Well, it turned out beyond amazing and definitely kicked my craving! I think more than a sweets craving, it was a strawberry craving because all I have wanted to eat for the last month is fresh berries and salads (except of course my brussels and kabocha ;)) To me that means my body is craving the summer…..how many more days until then?! ? I hope you enjoy this recipe!
