Foil Packet Citrus & Brown Butter Sable Fish
Happy Friday! You all know my love of sweet and savory! But this quick, foil packet fish recipe not only packs both of those in, but also a hefty dose of Vitamin C from the citrus….which I think may of us could use now that the temperatures are chilly! I hope you enjoy! Have a great weekend!

- 2 pieces SizzleFish Sable Fish
- 2 tsp brown butter
- small squeeze of fresh lime juice, fresh orange juice and fresh grapefruit juice
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Get 2 pieces of tin foil large enough to create a tent around your fish
- Place fish in the center of each piece of foil
- Whisk together melted brown butter, citrus, garlic powder and salt/pepper
- Divide evenly between each piece of fish
- Create a tent over each piece of fish with the foil, sealing gently at the top
- (Allow a small space for heat to escape)
- Place packets on a baking sheet
- Bake for ~18 minutes or until desired doness
