In my own journey, I discovered that one of the most important things for me to learn was to eat in a simple, yet delicious way. I am not a professionally trained chef. I am a self-taught home cook who loves food, healthy cooking, fresh ingredients and fast meals. I don’t cook fancy, but rather easy, delicious and real foods.
I especially enjoy helping people discover what their true food loves are and showing them how they can easily and healthfully incorporate them into simple dishes. By working with the ingredients you love, you will never feel deprived.
