My name is Sarah and I am a 34-year-old Eating Pyschology & Health Coach. I attended the Institute Of Integrative Nutrition and The Institute of The Psychology Of Eating. I love working with people to help them create their own “recipe” for a healthy life!  I am always looking for new ways to help spice up my clients personal “recipe”.  Whether it be discovering new products, creating new recipes or revamping old ones, I love the challenge of coming up with new meals to energize your workouts and keep your body  fit!

I am an avid (marathon) runner, weight lifter and total yogi! In my free time, besides cooking, working out and blogging, I enjoy going to the movies, watching the Red Sox beat the Yankees and traveling. I am obsessed with The Food Network, feel most relaxed on the beaches of Cape Cod and love the smell of fall in New England.
