Ingredients:
1 oven whole chicken
1 bag broccoli
1 large or 2 small cinnamon persimmon
2 avocado
celery, carrots, onion, as desired
Method:
- Clean whole chicken and place in crockpot with diced celery, carrots, onions and desired seasonings
- Cook on medium 4-8 hours depending on the size of your chicken
- Chop broccoli
- Slice persimmon
- Slice avocado
- Give broccoli a quick steam in microwave or in steamer
- When chicken is done, slice meat off bone
- Place desired amount of chicken breast, broccoli, avocado and sliced persimmon into 3-5 containers
- Place the remainder of your cooked chicken into a container and save for additional meals (lunch/dinner)
