Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli
1 container sliced portobello mushrooms
1 lb chicken breast
paleo ketchup
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with foil
- Place chicken on baking sheet
- Cook ~18 minutes or until cooked through
- Cut chicken into desired size pieces
- Chop broccoli
- Divide chicken, broccoli and mushrooms between 3-5 containers
- Put ketchup in small side container
*Broccoli and mushrooms will cook when container is reheated
