Happy Friday! I hope you have had a great week! It is officially HOT, HOT, HOT here in Arizona! Ok, well it has been for awhile, but the humidity has been higher, so it makes it feel worse! haha Insert all things cool and easy to enjoy! Smoothies, yogurt bowls , ice cream  and this dreamy summer Cake Batter Milk Shake! Swoon 🙂 It is packed with protein, healthy fats, fiber and is super easy to make! You can even make it the night before so it is ready to go first thing in the morning! PS — it also is amazing if you freeze it and turn it into ice cream!!

Serves: 1
  • ½ cup cake batter egg whites
  • 1 small banana
  • 1.5 tbs almond butter
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp butter extract
  • sweetener, as desired
  • ½ scoop vanilla whey protein powder, optional
  • sprinkles, optional
  1. Add all ingredients, except sprinkles to a blender
  2. Mix
  3. Pour into a fun milk shake glass
  4. Top with sprinkles
  5. Enjoy!
