Grilled Mesquite Salmon

A quick and simple meal can’t get any easier with this tasty salmon recipe! Paired with a garden salad or steamed veggies,it makes for a light and healthy meal that can be enjoyed any night of the week!

Simple Grilled Mesquite Salmon

Ingredients

  • Mesquite Seasoning*
  • 1 tbs paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • Fish
  • 2 salmon filets
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all seasoning ingredients together
  2. Rub each salmon filet with olive oil
  3. Sprinkle seasoning on top
  4. Cook on grill until desired doneness or baked in oven at 44 degrees for about 15-18 minutes
  5. Store remaining seasoning in a sealed jar

Notes *can substitue with your favorite seasoning.
