Coconut Peanut Butter Stuffed White Chocolate Bark

Coconut Peanut Butter White Chocolate Bark

  • 3 cups White Chocolate, divided
  • 3 tbs Coconut Oil, divided
  • 1 cup Coconut Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Shredded Coconut
  • Sprinkles, optional
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Combine 1½ cups white chocolate chips and 1 tbs coconut oil
  3. Microwave until melted
  4. Evenly spread on baking sheet
  5. Freeze 1 hour
  6. Combine 1 cup peanut butter, 1 tbs coconut oil and half cup shredded coconut
  7. Mix well
  8. Spread peanut butter mixture over frozen white chocolate
  9. Freeze 30 minutes
  10. Combine remaining white chocolate and coconut oil
  11. Microwave until melted
  12. Evenly spread white chocolate over peanut butter
  13. Freeze 1 hour to set
  14. Using a knife or a meat mallet, break white chocolate into desired size pieces!
  15. Store in a sealed container
