Healthy, sweet and the perfect size! These little protein packed bite sized fudge bites are not only simple to make, but taste amazing and look oh, so pretty! 🙂 How can you not want to bite into one of these?!

Serves: 12-16
  • ½ cup white chocolate peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup cake batter eggwhites
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • sprinkles, as desired
  1. Melt together coconut oil, peanut butter, and honey
  2. Add in dry ingredients
  3. Add in eggwhites
  4. Mix WELL (this will take some muscle)
  5. Press into a pan
  6. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set
  7. Cut into pieces
  8. Coat with sprinkles, if desired
