Crockpot Meal Prep: January 25, 2016

Ingredients:

1 oven whole chicken

1 bag broccoli

1 large or 2 small cinnamon persimmon

2 avocado

celery, carrots, onion, as desired

Method:

  1. Clean whole chicken and place in crockpot with diced celery, carrots, onions and desired seasonings
  2. Cook on medium 4-8 hours depending on the size of your chicken
  3. Chop broccoli
  4. Slice persimmon
  5. Slice avocado
  6. Give broccoli a quick steam in microwave or in steamer
  7. When chicken is done, slice meat off bone
  8. Place desired amount of chicken breast, broccoli, avocado and sliced persimmon into 3-5 containers
  9. Place the remainder of your cooked chicken into a container and save for additional meals (lunch/dinner)

combat crunch bars 

overnight oats

large mixed green salad

100 oz water
