Enjoy this quick and easy, protein packed pasta salad either hot or cold! It makes a great main dish to be enjoyed for lunch or dinner!
Recipe type: Salad
Serves: 8 main dishes
  1. Cook pasta according to directions
  2. While pasta is cooking, flake salmon
  3. Add broccoli to pasta water for last 4 minutes
  4. Drain pasta and broccoli
  5. Melt ghee
  6. Toss together pasta, broccoli, sun dried tomato, salmon and ghee
  7. Add seasoning and toss
  8. Serve hot or cold
*can sub with regular pasta, however this will alter the protein and carb content of the dish
