No Bake Peanut Butter & Jelly Granola Squares

Now that back to school season is in full swing, having healthy, quick and very easy snacks is a must! They granola squares are great paired with a greek yogurt for a quick breakfast, a pre or post workout snack or even a dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth! The best part is, they can be put together in less than 5 minutes!

No Bake Peanut Butter & Jelly Granola Squares   Prep time 5 mins Total time 5 mins   Author: Sarah Recipe type: Snack Serves: 12 squares Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free oats
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter powder
  • 1 cup brown rice krispie cereal
  • large handful (about 10g) freeze dried strawberries (no sugar added)
  • pinch salt
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey or sweetener of choice


  1. Line a 8×8 baking pan with foil
  2. Mix together peanut butter and honey
  3. Add in oats, peanut powder, salt, freeze dried strawberries
  4. Mix well
  5. Gently fold in rice krispies
  6. Spread mixture into pan
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour
  8. Cut into 12 squares
