Summer may be over, but the last of those fresh strawberries are still lingering around! Combine that sweetness with a bit of surf n turf and you have a healthy, quick and absolutely delicious meal ready in minutes!

Serves: 1 salad
  • 1-2 cups lettuce of choice
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2oz SizzleFish Scallops
  • 1 slice bacon
  • 2 oz beef tenderloin
  • ¼ cup sliced strawberries
  • balsamic vinegar, or dressing of choice
  1. Grill beef tenderloin and scallops until desired doneness
  2. Cook bacon in pan until crispy
  3. Allow to cool and then crumble
  4. Top butter lettuce with grilled proteins, slice strawberries, diced avocado and crumbled bacon
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or dressing of choice
